Al Luke (ALFA) attempts to document his lived experience using a unique mixture of marker-pens and spray paint. He says he is attempting to create a new African style, one which might challenge what he perceives as one dimensional global views about African art. His abstract works explore the connections between humanity and science, biology and mathematics.
