We offer free shipping within South Africa and the UK. Standard shipping costs apply to other locations. 
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to any destination.
Depending on your location, delivery dates may vary. However, your artwork should be with you within 14 days of payment.
Yes, we use a 3D secure payment gateway operated by Stripe.

Yes. Should your online purchase not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 working days of receiving the order, hassle-free! We will issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the artwork.

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Your artwork needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your artwork item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once we receive your artwork, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the artwork.
  •  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Returns Process:

  • If you would like to return your artwork, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your artwork, with the subject RETURN.
  • In your email, kindly state your reason for wanting to return the artwork and the collection address. Our team will liaise with you to arrange for collection.


  • Buyer is liable for the cost of the initial shipping but Art Gazette will cover the cost of the return.
  • NB: Art Gazette is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or tariffs applied to shipping for customs for the returned package.
Yes, all first time buyers receive a 20% discount upon registration.
