Lee’s practice is predominantly installation-based and emerges through the processes within digital spaces, paper-making, sculpture and calligraphy. Her process continues to evolve via the act of translating two-dimensional markings to three-dimensional space. Lee draws inspiration from various aspects within Chinese philosophy and culture, including customary Chinese folk art where she explores ideas that relate to decolonising the self and relationships within the past and present.
