Describe your work:
Spontaneous, minimalistic and geometric.
If you weren’t an artist, what would you be?
A biologist traveling and working for NatGeo.
What do you listen to while working?
It depends a lot on my mood, but when I'm retouch photos I mostly listen to Franco Battiato, who is my favorite singer (and the spotify stats confirm that).
What artist's work do you admire?
It's so hard to choose just between so many talented artists, but I'm selecting DOMINIC BEATTIE work. I feel very identified with the geometric patterns and color he uses.
Those patterns hypnotized me.
If galleries exist in 100 years, what will they look like?
I hope not very different from now… It would make me sad if they would become too digital and lose contact with "real" things.
If you could be transported inside any artwork, which would it be?
Any from Vasili Kandinsky…
...it'd be a nice sensorial trip.
Describe the series of works you produced for Art Gazette:
The works acquired by AG are a selection of the most minimalistic and colorful architecture photographies I have been doing since the very beginning of my career as a photographer.
They have been captured in many places of the World, such as Arizona, California, Barcelona, Milano, Morocco, Tokyo, Nara, Canary Islands, Malta…This type of photography has always been my favorite, and I will always keep on taking these geometric architecture shots, even if I change my style with time.
