“My practice uses a range of processes and materials to explore colour, structure and optics. I use reduced forms and lines in a repetitive, cathartic way to create an image. This process references cultures of production, including craft making and mass production. The colours and patterns are often informed by textiles, objects and places to explore feelings of nostalgia. The repetitive practice and series-based way of working is a compulsive process that reflects the replaying and embedding of memory”.
