Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to any destination in the world.
What is the cost of shipping?
If the Artwork is shipping from our United Kingdom or European warehouse, to anywhere within the EU or the UK, we charge a flat fee of £25*, otherwise we charge £50* to ship anywhere else in the world.
If the artwork is located in our South African warehouse we charge R500*, to ship anywhere in the world (including within South Africa).
* Note these rates will be auto-converted into a local country currency rate.
How long will it take to receive my artwork?
This will depend on your address location, and delivery dates may vary depending on which of our warehouse locations (i.e. United Kingdom, South Africa or Europe) the artwork is being held and shipped from.
However, our goal is to have your artwork with you within 14 days of payment.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, we use a 3D secured payment gateway operated by Shopify and Stripe.
Am I able to return artworks?
Yes. Should your artwork purchase not meet with your expectations, you may return it within 14 working days of receiving the order, hassle-free!

Do you rent artworks?
No, unfortunately we don't do artwork rentals.
Do I have to pay custom or duties when the artwork is shipped internationally?
When unsure, i's always best to consult with a local custom offical before placing your order, and that way you avoid any unecessary surprise costs. Art Gazette will not be responsible for any duties or customs imposed by your local country.
Do I own the artwork once I have purchased it from Art Gazette?
Yes. Ownership passes to you as the buyer once works have been paid in full and delivered to your preferred address.
