Lara Kruger

Lara Kruger assumes the multiple and shifting positions of researcher; artist; designer and educator through her work. This includes abstract drawings and paintings in combinations of ink; charcoal; watercolour; graphite and pastel; though the media she chooses are concept and context dependent. Kruger has also worked extensively with non-traditional media; from ash; waste materials and plastic bags to worn-out soccer balls.
