Eva Gjaltema

Eva explores different themes like memories; origin; nationality; family; motherhood; womanhood and identity. Her subjects are chosen very intuitively and based on experiences that made an impact on her personal life; but are universal issues. She mainly uses the medium of photography; collage and mixed media within her visual art projects that are based on the Buddhist principle to change ”˜poison into medicine'.
