Alexia Vogel

Vogel's tactile paintings are the product of an intuitive; spontaneous yet process-driven practice. Shifting between abstraction and figuration; her vivid dreamscapes depict journeys and passages; though a nostalgic and sometimes fantastical lens. In her recent work; Vogel has been exploring extremes of scale and further degrees of abstraction.
