Before becoming a visual artist, Sujin Lee was primarily interested in sound design, which has inspired her to explore the space between aural and physical landscapes through different media, including drawing and painting.
Lee creates dream-like environments by depicting natural elements, such as grass, water, and clouds. She takes something simple, mundane, and usually overlooked and uses it to create otherworldly landscapes of her own.
